This is our serving window. You can see the large ice cream cooler that runs along the back of the truck. We sell a lot of ice cream! You can also catch a glimpse of our donut fryer on the left. This is our arch nemesis and it likes to do back flips onto the floor while we drive. Despite its theatrics, we still haven't killed it! We have killed the coffee maker and the lid holder, though.

You can see our other serving window. Due to the lack of space in our moving kitchen, we need as much counter space as possible. Since this is our only prep space, we usually have this window covered with materials!
